We’ve been getting a good bit of sunshine lately and we thought we would recommend some healthy treats you can enjoy in the sunshine.
Popsicle’s are always a favourite with kids but shop bought ones can contain a lot of sugar. We have some ideas for you to try at home. All you need is your chosen fruit/veg, a blender, Popsicle molds and a freezer. Simply, blend all your ingredients together, place in the Popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 3+ hours. Delicious!!
