Here at Jump Juice we make it our responsibility to keep everything as sustainable as possible – from our products to our packaging.
Since we opened our first store in Waterford in 2003, we have been constantly revising and improving our packaging and operations to reduce our impact on the planet.
From our triple layered paper straws which are compostable (and stronger than the average paper straw!) to our instore cups which are made with 100% recyclable plastic – we aim to keep our environmental impact on the planet to a minimum.
Keeping things sweet
As of May 2021, Jump Juice is a beehive owner, thanks to Cork based company Blackwater Honey.
This allows us to do our part in saving the bees as they play a huge role in the food supply and are thought to contribute to the production of a whopping 1/3 of all the global food production. Not called busy bees for nothing!
How you can do your bit
You can check out our sustainable station in every store too.
We have reusable cups for sale in every store and online and these can hold a large juice or smoothie – you also save 20c on menu prices if you bring your cup when getting a smoothie. Sweet!
You can also buy a metal straw set which has straws in all shapes & sizes and a straw cleaner to bring the sparkle back after you use them.
We also have 700ml water bottles that are spill-proof and makes the perfect accessory!
