JUMP TEAM MEMBER

A full time or part time Team Member is responsible for ensuring that customer service is exceptional in the store. They prepare juices, smoothies and all other products on site as required.

SUPERVISOR

A Supervisor responsible for ensuring that operations and customer service are exceptional in your store. Reporting directly to the store manager, they are also responsible for ensuring operations in store are always professional.

STORE MANAGER

A Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that operations and customer service are exceptional in your store. The key objective will be to be proactive in ensuring that operations for the company are always professional.

AREA MANAGER

The Area Manager works as a direct support to the Operations Director and Managing Director. They drive a rapidly expanding business at the forefront of food retailing. They work closely with store managers to ensure company policies, procedures and standards are delivered effectively.

FIELD SUPPORT REP

The Field Support Representative has a strong focus on training, from initial training of new staff to ongoing training and development of all staff within the region. They work closely with all staff to ensure company policies, procedures and standards are delivered effectively.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager works directly with the area managers to help drive profitable sales through operational and customer service excellence. They report to the Operations Director and Managing director. They liaise with the Area Managers on their weekly store visit schedules, support them in performing their weekly duties and prioritise actions where necessary. They deal with all raw material and equipment suppliers.
